The Grange's Resolution Process

  1. It starts with your ideas for improvements to current Grange policy.
  2. Write a resolution summing up the issue and proposed solution. Click here for the National Grange's tips on resolution writing.
  3. Present your resolution at your Local Grange to be voted on by your fellow Grange members.
  4. If your resolution is approved, send it on to the State Grange.
  5. Your resolution has now become part of your local Grange policy.
  6. Present your idea to delegates at the State Grange Convention for a vote.
  7. If approved, your idea becomes State Grange Policy and is included in the Legislative Handbook
